    5 STAR VEST

    This is my first weighted vest so I was nervous about using it. I started off walking with it on and it was comfortable for the whole hour. I did not have any discomfort or chafing. This vest is a game changer. I am looking forward to trying the Weighted Vest Program on the app.

    First weighted vest

    I have been looking at weighted vest and just couldn’t find one that didn’t look like a hindrance to where when working out. Saw these and someone i know got one and said it fit like a garment. I would agree. Other than the definite added weight, it is like wearing clothing. Used for the first time this morning and made the burpees suck even more, but didn’t hamper or fall all over during the up and down movement. Highly recommend if you are wanting to be able to lots of movement!

    Fits like nothing else

    Absolutely love my MK1!!! Have vests from many different fitness companies and nothing else fits like the MK1. Feels like a nice heavy hug. The elastic cummerbund keeps it snug while still allowing me to breathe through the toughest WODs. I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a game changer

    It is a weighted vest, you will notice that when you lift it to put it on. However, once on and adjusted, it does not feel like a weighted vest, it feels like a garment, a 20 lb. garment for sure, but you'll move like you're wearing a functional piece of clothing. It is fully adjustable. It does not bounce at all.

    If you get this thing - you're going to really dig it.
