The Academy is delivered through a third-party platform, Course Creator 360, which processes information on our behalf.

  • Community content: posts, comments, messages, and other content you share in the community.
  • Payment information: when you enroll, payment is processed by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your full card number; we may receive limited billing details such as the last four digits, transaction amount, and subscription status.
  • Usage and technical information: IP address, device and browser type, pages and content viewed, and how you interact with the Services, collected automatically including through cookies and similar technologies.
  • Communications: information you provide when you contact support or respond to our emails.
