1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in, accessing, or using Battle Bunker Academy (the "Academy," "we," "us," or "our"), including any courses, coaching, community, certification programs, and related content or services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services. The Academy is operated by Battle Bunker.

2. About the Academy

Battle Bunker Academy is a paid education and training program that may include online courses and instructional content, a membership community, group and/or individual coaching and mentorship, and cohort-based or certification programs. The specific features available to you depend on the plan or program you enroll in. The Services are delivered through a third-party platform, Course Creator 360, and your use of that platform is also subject to its own terms and privacy policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in or use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Accounts and Registration

To access the Services you must create an account on Course Creator 360. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

5. Third-Party Platform

The Services are hosted and delivered through Course Creator 360 and may rely on additional third-party providers for payment processing, video hosting, email, and community features. We do not control these providers and are not responsible for their availability, acts, or omissions. Your use of any third-party platform is governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

6. Enrollment, Billing, and Subscriptions

Access to the Services is offered on a paid basis, which may include one-time payments, recurring subscriptions (for example monthly, six-month, or annual memberships), or cohort enrollment fees, as described at the point of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal. If you enroll in a recurring subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are subject to change, and any change will apply to future billing periods.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through your account settings on Course Creator 360 or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by law. New memberships may be refunded within fourteen (14) days of your initial purchase by contacting us at support@thebattlebunker.com; after fourteen (14) days, all payments are non-refundable and we do not provide credits for partially used subscription periods. Because much of the Services consists of digital content and community access delivered immediately, refunds are handled according to this policy.

8. Coaching and Program Disclaimer

Any coaching, mentorship, training plans, guidance, or feedback provided through the Services is for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not personalized medical, nutritional, psychological, financial, or professional advice. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any specific outcome, result, income, ranking, score, or level of performance.

9. Health, Fitness, and Assumption of Risk

The Services may include physical fitness, strength, conditioning, and nutrition content. Physical exercise carries inherent risks, including the risk of serious injury or death. You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have any physical limitation. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree that you voluntarily assume all risk of injury or harm. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Battle Bunker, its owners, coaches, employees, and agents from any claim arising out of your participation in any activity based on the Services. You are solely responsible for exercising within your own limits.

10. Certification Programs

Where the Services offer a certificate or certification of completion, that certificate reflects completion of the applicable Academy program only. Unless expressly stated in writing, an Academy certificate is not an accredited, licensed, or government-recognized credential and does not qualify you to provide professional services to others. We reserve the right to set and change the requirements for earning or maintaining any certificate.

11. Community Conduct and User Content

The Services may include community features where you can post content, comments, and materials ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post anything unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, defamatory, sexually explicit, infringing, or spam, and not to harass, dox, or abuse other members. By posting User Content, you grant Battle Bunker a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. We may remove any content and suspend or remove any member at our discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, workouts, programming, text, graphics, logos, and other content provided through the Services (excluding User Content) are owned by Battle Bunker or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, download (except where a download feature is expressly provided), record, screen-capture, redistribute, resell, share your access, or use the content to build a competing product or service.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) share, resell, or provide access to your account or the content to anyone else; (b) reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent any access controls; (c) use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or (d) interfere with or disrupt the Services or the platforms on which they run. Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other members, the Services, or Battle Bunker. Upon termination, your license to use the content ends immediately.

15. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Battle Bunker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Battle Bunker and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
