- You provide: name, email, phone, shipping/billing address, order details, payment information (processed by our payment processor, not stored by us), support messages, reviews, and account credentials.
- Automatically: device/browser type, IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring site, approximate location, and interactions with our site collected through cookies, pixels, SDKs, our own first-party analytics, and session-analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity) that may record page interactions such as mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling.
- From third parties: advertising and analytics partners, and platforms where you may purchase our products.
2. How We Use It
To process and ship orders; provide support; send transactional and (with consent where required) marketing email/SMS; operate, secure, and improve the site; measure and target advertising; and comply with law.

4. How We Disclose Information
- Service providers (Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, Resend for email delivery, Twilio for SMS, reviews and support tooling) under contract.
- Advertising & analytics partners (Meta, TikTok, Google, Microsoft, AppLovin) — this may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under California law.
- Legal/safety and business transfers as permitted by law.
We do not knowingly disclose the personal information of anyone under 16 without authorization.
5. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
California residents have the right to: know/access, delete, correct, opt out of sale/sharing of personal information for targeted advertising, and non-discrimination for exercising rights. We do not sell sensitive personal information.
Categories we collect: identifiers; commercial information; internet/network activity; geolocation (approximate); customer records; inferences. We "sell"/"share" identifiers and internet activity with advertising partners as described above.

6. Other U.S. State Rights
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (e.g., Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon) have similar rights to access, delete, correct, and opt out of targeted advertising. Submit requests through the same channels above.

With your consent, we send marketing messages. Unsubscribe via the link in any email or reply STOP to texts. Message/data rates may apply.
8. Data Retention & Security
We retain personal information as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it.
9. International Visitors
We are based in the United States and process data here.
10. Changes & Contact
We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
