Account & Access — Start at your Academy login and use the email address you enrolled with. Sign-in links in Academy emails expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired or you cannot get in, email us for a fresh invitation. Please do not share your password or payment card details.
Billing & Orders — For questions about charges, cancellation, refunds, or your Annual/Lifetime gift card, reach out with your account email and order number. Monthly members can cancel anytime to stop future renewals. See our Academy terms and refund policy for details.
