How It Works

No complicated forms. No endless wait times. Here's all you need to do:

  1. Contact Us Email support@thebattlebunker.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. A photo or short video helps us resolve things faster.
  2. Choose Your Resolution Tell us whether you'd prefer a full refund or a replacement. We'll honor your choice — no questions asked.
  3. We Make It Right We'll process your resolution within 2–3 business days. In most cases, you do not need to return the item.

Your Options

Full Refund

If the product wasn't what you expected, we'll refund your purchase in full to your original payment method.

Replacement

Prefer to give it another shot? We'll ship you a brand new replacement at no charge.

Timeframes

  • Return window: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Damaged or defective items: Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos.
  • Refund processing: Refunds are issued within 2–3 business days of approval. Your bank may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit.
  • Replacements: Shipped within 1–2 business days of approval.

Exchanges & Size Swaps

Need a different size or color on apparel? We handle exchanges the same way — just email us and we'll sort it out. If the item you want is in stock, we'll ship the replacement as soon as your exchange is approved.

Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Digital products and downloadable training programs (all sales final)
  • Items purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers
  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or modification
  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, just reach out — we'll always try to find a fair solution.

TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop are subject to TikTok's own return and refund policies. Please initiate returns for those orders directly through the TikTok Shop platform. For questions, you can still contact us at support@thebattlebunker.com.
