Hyrox Gyms in Salt Lake City: Where to Train for Your Next Race (2026)
Short answer: the biggest Hyrox news in Salt Lake is VASA Fitness, which says it is launching HYROX Training Clubs at 10 locations including Sandy. Xcel Fitness in Holladay says Hyrox is now at Xcel, and Carbon Performance is opening in Salt Lake City with Hyrox classes. For weekly classes right now, the F45 studios in Sugar House and Sandy. HYROX's own training finder lists 20 gyms within 15 miles of the city.
Utah got its first HYROX race in September 2026: InBody HYROX Salt Lake City ran September 18 to 20 at the Salt Palace Convention Center, billed as HYROX's first event in the state. No upcoming Salt Lake City race was listed when we checked in October 2026, so watch HYROX's US site for next season.
A note on "official affiliate" versus "Hyrox-style"
An official HYROX affiliate or Training Club pays for affiliation, gets HYROX programming and can market under the HYROX name. A gym running Hyrox-style classes is not automatically worse, but it is not the same thing. Every status line below is quoted from the gym's own website, or from the profile the gym wrote on HYROX's own training finder. F45 describes itself company-wide as the official training partner of HYROX (F45), so F45 studios are listed with their own HYROX classes. Schedules and prices are as published when we checked in October 2026. Confirm with the gym before you buy.

VASA Fitness Sandy

Status: A September 2026 VASA release says it is "launching HYROX Training Clubs at 10 select VASA locations," including Sandy.
The location lists wall ball target zones, push and pull sleds on turf, and battle ropes. No Hyrox class schedule was posted yet, and the location page does not say which membership includes Hyrox. Published memberships: Studio $44.99 a month and Fitness $24.99 a month (each with a $0.99 enrollment fee), or Basic $14.99 a month with a $99 enrollment fee. vasafitness.com
Xcel Fitness

Status: "HYROX IS NOW AT XCEL."
Its Hyrox page lists sled pushes and pulls, rowing and wall balls, and its HYROX finder profile describes 53,000 square feet with a 72 yard, 24 foot wide indoor turf. Class times and pricing are not published; a free first personal training session is offered. xcelfitness.com

Training for Hyrox without a Hyrox gym
You do not need an affiliate to train for the race. You need running volume, a few sessions a week of the stations, and practice running straight off a station.
