BATTLE BUNKER SHIPPING POLICY

At Battle Bunker, we move fast. Here’s exactly how your order is processed and delivered.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday).

  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST ship the next business day.

  • We often process orders on Saturdays as overtime, but it is not guaranteed.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or national holidays ship the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.


2. Fulfillment Location

All orders ship from our headquarters in:

San Diego, California, USA
We do not use a 3PL. Everything is fulfilled in-house.


3. Shipping Methods

Domestic (USA)

  • USPS Ground Advantage (default method)
    Typical delivery time: 2–5 business days

Expedited Options

If available, faster options will appear at checkout.


4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide to 271 countries and regions.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery windows (business days):

  • Canada: 3–7 days

  • UK & EU: 3–7 days

  • Australia/NZ: 3–7 days

  • Asia, Middle East, South America: 3–10 days

Timelines may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or local regulations.

Duties & Taxes (DDP)

All international orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout so there are no surprise fees on delivery.

Delivery Guarantee

We ship to 271 countries, but we cannot guarantee successful delivery everywhere due to local mail service reliability.
If a country is high-risk, our system may prevent checkout for that region.


5. Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is emailed once your package ships.
Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked delivered but not received, this is considered a carrier issue.

  • Customers must file a claim with the carrier.

  • We can only replace the order after the carrier completes its investigation.

Stolen Packages

We do not replace stolen packages.
Porch theft is outside our control (we're sorry)

In-Transit Loss

If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will work with the carrier and replace it if the investigation confirms it.


7. Failed Deliveries / Returned Packages

If the carrier returns a package to us due to:

  • incorrect address

  • missing apartment number

  • unclaimed delivery

  • refusal of customs payment (non-DDP regions only)

We will contact you and reattempt delivery.
Additional postage may be required depending on the situation.


8. TikTok Shop Orders

If you placed an order through TikTok Shop, all shipping, returns, and support must comply with TikTok Shop policies.

Please contact TikTok Shop support directly through your app.
